PowerupMobile.com deliver to the UK, Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man,The Channel Islands and Isle of Wight including the setting up of Network connections. We do not currently ship products abroad outwith the UK, we will however ship sim free products and accessories to BFPO addresses.

For phones and devices purchased with a network contract we will only deliver to the address used to set up the contract. This will be the address registered with the bank or building society that is used to set up the direct debit. For example if you are buying a phone for personal use paying with your personal bank account we will not deliver to your work address.

We can deliver sim free products and accessories to a work address or alternative address, however we carry out a number of address verification, security and risk assessment checks and reserve the right to unconditionally and at our discretion only deliver to the registered card address.

Parcels are normally dispatched same day if ordered before 2.30pm and should arrive within 24-48 hours however we do not guarantee next day delivery. Delivery depends on stock availability, we will contact you if we expect delays. All parcels over £40 are sent special delivery and must be signed for, if no one is present to sign for a delivery it will be sent to you local delivery depot where it can be picked up. Customers ordering phones with a network connection should allow an extra day for connection, credit check and delivery.

The final delivery rate and total cost of your order will be clearly displayed at the final stage of checkout before confirming your order.

Look out for free delivery on selected products and reduced rates on certain products. For example several high monthly tariffs have free shipping and low weight items such as SD Cards and accessories can be shipped for £2.95.
