Samsung have teamed up with Adidas to create an innovative sports mobile - the Samsung F110 MiCoach, specially designed to help you work out and monitor your exercising with a stride sensor and heart rate monitor. There is even a web site (www.micoach.com) that helps you plan and analyse your fitness routines.
There is a built in MP3 player with 1GB of memory, but this isn't just any old MP3 player, in keeping with the sporting theme it has beat recognition and can choose tracks that will match the tempo of your workout, a faster beat for more intense workouts and some chillout for warming down.
