Hot on the heals of competitors big releases, Samsung have launched there latest high end handset the Samsung i8910 Omnia HD touch screen mobile. Going head to head with recently launched devices like the HTC Touch Diamond 2, LG KM900 Arena and the soon to be released Nokia N97 the Samsung i8910 Omnia HD is going to have to pack in some punches.
For starters the Samsung i8910 Omnia HD is the worlds first mobile phone to feature full 1080 HD video recording and playback with built in HD output to a compatable television.
Other features of the Samsung i8910 Omnia HD are its large (3.7"), super bright and high resolution (640x360 pixels) AMOLED touchscreen. The phone operates on the Symbian S60 platform providing lots of software and smartphone enhancements including Samsung Mobile Widgets and a 3D customisable interface.
The Samsung i8910 Omnia HD has a built in 8 mega pixel camera with an array of features and an AGPS voice guided car and pedestrian sat nav system. It has WiFi and 3G HSUPA/HSDPA for high speed internet and comes with 16GB of memory installed.
