The Acer Liquid A1 S100 (Black) is Acers first Android powered device, which proves to be a bit a of a powerhouse with a Snapdragon processor, WVGA touchscreen and 5 mega-pixel camera.

Acer have built on their late entry in to the smartphone market with the launch of their first Android powered device. The Acer Liquid A1 features a number of innovations not seen on other Android devices.

The Acer Liquid uses the Snapdragon 1GHz processor found in its Windows Mobile powered Acer neoTouch S200 F1 and also the HTC HD2, making it a fast and powerful device. It is also the first Android device to feature a WVGA (480 x 800 pixel) 3.5" touch screen for amazing resolution and clarity.

Powered by the latest version of Android (Version 2.0 'Donut'), the Acre Liquid A1 gives you all the smartphone, internet and multimedia functionality you could wish for with Google apps, multimedia, web and hundreds of third party apps.

On the hardware side of things the Acer Liquid A1 incorporates a 5 mega-pixel camera with video recording, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G (HSDPA), MicroSD, miniUSB and A-GPS.
