Personal Training
Designed to help you get the best from your workout, the miCoach system comprises of a stride sensor and heart rate monitor to track your workouts accurately. Connect to the miCoach web site (www.micoach.com) which plans, tracks and analyses your fitness program.
Make Strides
The Samsung miCoach stays with you every step of the way. Literally. The stride sensor, a small sensor designed to be attached to your shoe laces, calculates your stride, speed and distance covered. It then relays this information to your miCoach and instantly gives you feedback on your workout.
Take Heart
Get real time feedback on your progress. A heat rate monitor that fits comfortably around the chest, connects wirelessly to your miCoach phone relaying information. The Samsung miCoach then compares your heart rate to your exercise plan; telling you to either pickup or slow down the pace.
Motivation
Unique BPM (Beats Per Minute) music sorting lets you choose songs by their tempo to maximize your workout. Auto tempo option automatically adjusts the tempo of music; the more intense the workout the faster the music. Dedicated hot key plays your favorite 5 songs for that extra burst of motivation.
Work to the Beat
Get the best from your workouts. Over 1GB of on board memory, with space to hold over 250 songs available at an instant. The Samsung miCoach lets you assign individual play lists to each workout, letting the miCoach tailor the music around you.
Sport Design
A custom Adidas designed armband is included with your miCoach phone, letting you attach your miCoach comfortable to your arm while exercising. Tapping the miCoach twice provides instant voice coaching feedback.
Fun & Fit
Designed not just for sport, use the miCoach's 2 mega-pixel camera to take instant photos and save them on the generous 1GB of memory or send them instantly via MMS.
