Safety through clever design
- For extra safety, the two units of the HCB-700 are separated. Attach the Info display at eye level – the base is flexible and can be mounted where it best suits you. When a call comes in, a quick look at the Info display reveals the name and/or number of the person calling. The other part – the control unit – is placed close to your hand. You can easily scroll through your phone’s address book and change settings with the easy-to-use buttons without looking at the control unit.Bluetooth™ wireless technology allows you to leave your mobile phone in your pocket. When you turn the ignition key, the HCB-700 connects to your phone automatically. The innovative User ID feature allows up to five people to use the same car.
Voice Digit Dialing.
- The safest handsfree kit to date. You only have to press one single button to make a phone call. After pressig the call button, you just follow the prompts of the HCB-700 to dial a number, using only your voiceThe feature you’ve always wanted in a car handsfree: Voice Digit Dialing. If the number you want to call is in your phone’s address book you can use the regular voice features of your phone. But if the number hasn’t been added to the phone book, Voice Digit Dialing is the perfect feature. Say the number out loud and the HCB-700 dials it for you. You can even ‘teach’ it to recognize the way you say numbers for better accuracy and speedier dialing. Voice Digit Dialing works in seven languages.
Phone book/call list calling.
- You can scroll through the phone book to find the number that you want. The call list on the Info display shows you a list of answered, dialed and missed calls and you are able to initiate calls directly from that list. This is a quick and convenient way to initiate a call to a person whose number you already have in your phone book.
Calling Line Identification.
- When a call comes in you just have to check the Info display to see the name and/or the number of the caller. It the name is in your phone book, both the name and the number will show up. If the number is not in the phone book, only the number can be seen in the Info display. It’s nice to be available at all times if you can choose to take or reject the call in an easy way. Calling Line Identification in combination with the easily adjusted Info display makes call handling in the car convenient and safe.
