The HTC TouchFlo 3D interface which was originally introduced on the HTC Touch Diamond has had an overhaul with a number of new innovations and improvements. The interface is now more integrated with the underlying Windows Mobile 6.1 operating system providing a more seamless, customised and consistent experience. The HTC Touch Pro2's new interface makes accessing people, messages, email, photos, music and information faster, easier and more intuitive.

Another innovation introduced exclusively on the HTC Touch Pro2 is HTC Straight Talk which creates seamless integration between voice, email and speaker phone conference calling allowing users to switch between tasks and turn the device in to conferencing device. By flipping the Touch Pro 2 over it turns in to a conference room speaker and with advanced mechanical and acoustic technologies such as asymmetric speakers, advanced noise suppression and full duplex acoustics the quality is as good as any boardroom conference system.
