The HTC Tattoo is a new compact Android powered device from the Taiwanese PDA specialist. Users can not only tweak the user interface to their needs, the HTC Tattoo features interchangeable and customisable covers.

With the HTC Tattoo, HTC have accelerated their roll out of Android handsets over the last year and the platform is gaining momentum thanks to the success to the phones like the HTC Magic and HTC Hero.

The HTC Tattoo is the second handset to include HTC Sense, the bespoke interface that allows the phone to be customised to the users needs with mutiple scrolling home screens that allow you to add and edit widgets and programme shortcuts.

As well as being small, price cometitive with mass market appeal, the HTC Tattoo has been designed to accomodate interchangable covers with the intention for users to buy new covers or design their own.

With heavy investment from Google the phone features Google Search, maps and Gmail and Andorid Marketplace app store. There are social networking features and web browser functionality, music player and 3.2 mega-pixel camera.
